I mean, just look at her! I need to be saved… And now I need her even more!!

Having Ruby Rose playing our first lesbian superhero on screen is just a bless. Batwoman is much more than just another superhero that saves the good guys from the bad ones, it saves those who don’t live in Gotham City as well.
Yes! There is romance for us! Not just ass kicking.

Kate Kane (played by Ruby Rose) needs to take care of her heart matters as well, which makes everything a little more interesting. Having Ruby Rose with that suit on is a great motivation to keep breathing. I mean, who could resist RubyFuckingRose? Oh God…

But now, everything has changed for us fans, since our beautiful Ruby Rose has left the show. WHAT? Yes, I know, I’m not so happy about it either, but recently Ruby has informed us that she will not be taking part on the second season of our show.

So yeah, it’s the last time we will see Ruby Rose as the cover of our female Bat hero TV Show. During the last crossover a lot of things happened in the shows involved, from Oliver Queen dying, to us finding out that Kate Kane was the Paragon of courage, but never in a million years would we imagine that this would be the last time we’d see Batwoman and Supergirl interacting (with Ruby as the Bat, of course).

The question everyone is asking now is wether or not CW will proceed the show with Gotham’s hero being the same (even thought we will all know she’s not) or if they will just give an ending to the Kate Kane we know and give us another Batwoman.
In the comics that DC has brought to us, we’ve had many different versions of Batwoman, from 1956’s Kathy Kane, 2006’s Kate Kane, Katrina Moldoff in the cartoons and on to our current Kate Kane in the CW’s TV show, having many other versions in between. Even though, none of them had been made in a live action style, they had been openly gay basically since the beginning.

I wonder who are we having for season 2 of Batwoman, Kathy Kane, Brenna Wayne or our very known Kate Kate.

What do you think? I know I’ll miss Ruby, but I hope they choose someone as flamingly gay as our previous Batwoman.
